Peterborough Investment Partnership (PIP) is a development and regeneration joint venture between Peterborough City Council and investment specialists IAGH3. PIP was established to support and sustain the growth and regeneration of Peterborough by developing sites in the city; creating new jobs, retail, housing and leisure facilities.
Established in 2015, PIP’s first project was to masterplan and lead the delivery of the Fletton Quays scheme on the south bank of the river Nene. Today, as construction continues, the site is already a residential community with Weston Homes delivering 300+ high-quality apartments.
Fletton Quays is also home to Peterborough City Council’s headquarters at the bespoke Sand Martin House – which incorporates the beautifully refurbished Grade II listed Engine Shed. These will be joined in 2022 by the city’s first Hilton hotel (a landmark Hilton Garden Inn) and the city’s new passport office, part of a government public sector hub that has secured significant jobs for the city.
